| My period is three days late and I don't know what's going on with that. I've always had a period, no exceptions. It could be stress related but there's no other logical explanation as to why, unless something else is wrong but it seems unlikely. I was PMS-ing all last week so I knew it was coming but no actual period when the day came for it to be due. I had a chamomile tea but that didn't help. I guess I've been suppressing emotions and stress and maybe this is a sign that things have got to get back on track but right now I've become numb to most of it.
