Eat It. Do It.
Before making a gag face, remember: It's good for you so swallow it.

It's not bad tasting. Thick, but not bad. That's what's making the gag reflex kick in.

I have to give my body time to adjust to the new foods, pills, shakes and i will hopefully have the energy to get through the harder, physical side of work.

I can't wait to dive into the veggies and fruits. I didn't say this would be easy though, but it'll happen. I'll succumb to this and before i know it, i'll see myself changing.

I want this, so it'll be done.
