They get messy and spill so forgive me for not making them look like they do on t.v. Now a days, The Masa Dough can already be bought pre-made. The rest of the stuff you can get practically anywhere. Black Beans, Chicken (added with some spices), Lettuce, Mexican Cheese and Cream. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I don't know about any of you but i am a visual learner, so i found this YouTube video explaining how to make them from a woman who learned to make them herself for her Spanish husband, so hopefully this helps :) Let me know if anyone out there is brave enough to make these! The woman is making the dough from scratch, which is probably the best way to go and it's fairly simple, but some stores offer them pre-made!

*Also, this woman didn't use any Chicken or Meat. You can use any kind of meat you want although my family usually uses chicken when making these. The salsa can be placed on top of the dish, or in any order you want.
