DAY 4

It was funny. Today at work i passed by these candles we have that smell like cookies. My stomach reacted and growled. I laughed. After work i stopped by Subway and got a 6 inch sandwhich...the healthiest i could get. Not sure how many calories i took in but so far so good.
I wish i could have a real dinner right now but i have to tough it out.
In spite of not eating as much, i don't feel as awful. What i am taking has vitamins in it, so that helps so much. Glad i made it through work. Ana had some KFC...gosh that looked yummy. She offered me some but i shook my head no.
